An advocate for Alternative Dispute Resolution

 

Wayne is a committed to practicing mediation and promoting alternative dispute resolution as a means to resolve crisis in human interaction. He is trained in both Facilitative and Transformative mediation receiving his certification from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2005. He was one of eight mediators selected to develop the Small Claims Court program initiated by the Ventura County Superior Court in 2006. Wayne mediated hundreds of cases as a mediator and mediation supervisor for both the Ventura and the Simi Valley Superior Court from 2006-2007.

 

In 2008, he opened his own private practice specializing in civil, family and workplace mediations located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Wayne volunteers as a panel mediator with the California Lawyers for the Arts, a nonprofit organization that serves the art, film and entertainment industry and with the Center for Human Development, mediating Guardianship and Restorative Justice-Family Re-entry cases.

 

A combination of professions
Wayne combines 25+ years of experience as a business owner and creative director of his own design firm. He is energetic and compassionate about advancing his mediation practice and communication training workshops for the advertising and design professional.
