Generally the Mediation Fee is split between both parties unless the parties have agreed upon another arrangement. Once both parties have signed an agreement to mediate, the case preparation and three hour minimum mediation fee is paid in advance.
Initial case input and evaluation – No charge
Case preparation - $125.00
3-hour minimum - $500.00
Additional time - $185/hr
There is no charge for travel time if the mediation is held within the San Francisco Bay area including East Bay, Alameda and North Bay. I am committed to your case and do not schedule more than one mediation per day. If it is agreed by all parties that the mediation should continue past the scheduled 3-hour time limit, it is recommended that clients bring with them a check so payment can be made immediately following the session for the additional time.
Cancellation Charge – In the event the scheduled mediation is cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled mediation, the case preparation and 3-hour minimum mediation fee is non-refundable.
